UPDATED - Arena Screening & Vaccine Rules
Submitted By Sue D'Ambrosio on Monday, October 25, 2021
Please note the Town of Ingersoll / Arena have announced new procedures effective immediately.

Effective Monday, October 25, 2021

  • There will no longer be capacity limits at the arena.
  • The changerooms will be able to go back to normal!
  • We also no longer require user groups to screen their patrons but we do require to maintain lists for contact tracing.
  • On Monday we are switching to in-house staff for checking proof of vaccination, these staff will also be responsible for maintaining contact tracing lists. Everyone entering the building will be required to leave their name and phone number with our screeners.
  • Please keep in mind that Proof of Vaccination is still required.
  • Masks are also still required in all areas of the building except the ice surface and players benches
       For Contact Tracing:
  • Once you enter the arena ~ scan the QR code, go through the steps and submit.
  • Show the screener your check mark that you've completed screening.
  • If you can't scan QR codes or choose not to, you can leave your name and phone number with the screener as well.
  • After contract tracing you'll need to show proof of vaccination and your ID.
From now until October 30th, the current vaccine rules still apply.  i.e.  The exemption lists for skaters, executives, volunteers & coaches are still valid.
